Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the amount or fee paid at only, and does not cover the amount paid to the hosts directly, Hereby, in no event shall we be liable to any person for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages or refunds (including without limitation lost profits) relating to the payments made directly to the hosts.

Refunds: fee (also referred to as convenience fee or service charge or service fee), once paid, is not refundable in the event the host accepts the booking request. For the remaining amount, in the event the host accepts your booking request, partial or no refund will be processed to the users at the discretion of the hosts or as specified in the property rules section. Refund of the advance amount paid at, less fee, is subjected to refunds only in the event the host has not accepted the user's booking request.

In the event the host rejects the booking request, full refund will be processed within 72 hours of host rejecting the booking request.


Cancellation is allowed at any point of time prior to the start date of admission into the property. For refunds, please refer to the above section "refunds".
